MadStad Adjustable Windshield System for KTM 690 Duke (2012 - 2019)
Transform your ride
MadStad's patented mounting system allows riders to adjust the height and angle of their motorcycle windshield resulting in much smoother airflow, better wind protection and a more comfortable ride than any fixed windshield can provide.
What's included in the kit
Our complete drop-in system is custom-made for your bike and includes everything needed to mount and position the shield.
Your bike will not require any modification
- A set of fork mounted MadStad adjustable brackets (two points of angle adjustment and 2" of height adjustment)
- The acrylic windshield
The custom shield bolts to the brackets out in front of your instrument cluster. With the shield separated from the front of the bike you can adjust it for the optimum height, angle and airflow. This lets you set the shield for your particular height and riding position while pulling lots of air underneath it which is critical for smooth comfortable wind protection.

All our windshields come in three color options (clear, medium gray and dark gray), as well as multiple sizes. Here are our best guidelines for measuring to find your optimal windshield size:
1) Review provided photo to determine the measuring point on the bike.
2) Measure up from the measuring point, maintaining the angle of the forks (two wheeled vehicles, 55-60 degrees for other models).
3) Select the windshield size that will be aligned to mouth level.
All of our adjustable brackets have at least 2" of up down range to fine tune the fit and about 15 degrees of angle adjustment used to dial in clean air.

With the windshield separated from the fairing riders now have control over the height and angle of the shield to eliminate the vacuum that is the primary cause of most turbulence. The result? Smooth airflow placed exactly where it’s desired. Most customers have found that they can actually get better wind protection with our smaller adjustable shield rather than a larger fixed one. I’ve bought two from Madstad. Both are great. I originally bought a tinted windshield but did not like riding at night out in the county with it. Replaced with a clear windshield. Very happy. Great products all around. Always recommend them. Easy to install and replace.

I've had it on my KLR650 for over a year now. I have about 6000 miles with it on and I'm very happy with it. I think the price is high but definitely worth it. Wind hits just the top of my helmet and no buffeting whatsoever.

I love this windshield. I literally installed it and am on a road trip now. We have had crazy hot days and this shield allows plenty of air to keep you cool but the air is relatively calm. I can’t comment on rain yet! My only complaint is when I ordered I didn’t get the 10% off email until after I ordered. Overall very happy with purchase.

I put this on my 2014 Valkyrie and left a day later for a 4000 mile trip. Installation was dead simple and the windshield was amazing. no shaking, no movement and kept the wind off of me. It made my trip.

I ride a 2022 suzuki sv650. The install was a breeze and took 15 minutes. The quick release works great. The windshield takes less than a minute to remove or apply. Overall drastically improved my hour commute each way in east bay California. Highly recommend.
