  • Madstad Adjustable Windshield System for Triumph Tiger Sport 660 (2021 & up)

    Transform your ride
Simply the best. Not just a shield, this is a multi-part adjustable airflow system which allows riders to dial in the height and angle of a superior distortion-free windshield resulting in much smoother and more comfortable airflow while still looking over it, not through it. Wider than stock, our windshield gives better wind protection and coverage.

    What's included
Our complete drop-in system is custom-made for your bike and includes everything needed to mount and position the shield. Your bike will not require any modification.

    • A set of Madstad adjustable brackets
    • Stiffening Cross Plate
    • Support Struts
    • The acrylic windshield
    • All required mounting hardware
    • Installation Guide

This adjustable windshield system helps to deflect wind up from underneath for dramatically smoother and quieter airflow. Two inches of height and 15 degrees of angle adjustment built into the design let you dial in the smoothest airflow while still looking over the top of your shield.

All Madstad windshields are made from 3/16" (4.5 mm) thick cast acrylic.

    Riding is believing
With the windshield separated from the bike riders now have control over the height and angle of the shield to eliminate the vacuum that is the primary cause of most turbulence. The result? Smooth airflow placed exactly where it’s desired. You can actually get better wind protection with our smaller adjustable shield and look over it rather than through it while comfortably enjoying an open view of the road, at any speed.

    Colors & sizing
All our windshields come in three color options (clear, medium gray and dark gray), as well as multiple sizes. Here are our best guidelines for measuring to find your optimal windshield size:

    1) Review provided photo to determine the measuring point on the bike.

    2) Measure up from the measuring point, maintaining the angle of the forks.

    3) Select the windshield size that will be aligned to mouth level.

The brackets have 2" of up down range to fine tune the fit and about 15 degrees of angle adjustment used to dial in clean air.

    The one to get

I’ve tried almost every windshield available for the NC700x, even the CalSci - this is the one to get. Aside from the adjustability and deflectors, the brackets are strong enough that the windshield doesn’t flop around on bumps.

    V85TT 6'2 perfect

After a few adjustments I now have the perfect setting and angle on my V85TT, I'm 6'2 with the 20" screen, tilted full back, lowest position normally, max up in strong head winds. I have done 60 000km (37 000miles) with this setup in all types of weather and could not live without it. I did try the genuine Guzzi tall screen, it was terrible. I tried a wing deflector on top of the stock screen (better then both stock and tall genuine but still lots of buffeting). The Madstad is as good as I've been able to find. You're still on a bike pushing through the air at 100mph but it's bloody good for me with very little to no pressure on my helmet and very little shake and buffeting. I can ride along easily at 70mph with my visor open. Note I have an Arai Profile V helmet.

Purchased the Madstad system for my PA because it's rugged. The wind doesn't shake and rattle this system like it does the factory system. The Madstad windshield is also distortion free. I ordered the 20" medium gray and it works perfectly for me. Already had several compliments on how much better it looks than the stock setup.

    Honda CTX700 lower wind deflectors

Best improvement for keeping wind and cold off of your legs while riding. This is one modification that I highly recommend for anyone that has a Honda CTX. From start to finish the install took about an hour. Instructions were easy to follow and took minimal hand tools.

“Before their install, I suffered from the constant, unmitigated buffeting at speeds above 40 mph. Now I can hear the engine, and that's a sound I like!"

“I have a stack of other windshields. I've bought over the years before I discovered the Madstad system, and none of them compare. Do yourself a favor and just buy the Madstad first!"

“Long rides at freeway speeds were the worst because of the buffeting. I installed the 18" Madstad screen, keeping it at the lowest setting, and the buffeting is gone. I now have a nice quiet air flow around my head and upper torso, regardless of speed.”
