    What's included
    This is a quick-detach flyscreen UPGRADE ONLY, it does NOT include the fork-mount base brackets and hardware. You should already have those as they would have been part of your touring shield system. This kit includes: 

    • Quick-detach fly screen brackets
    • 10" Extra-Dark acrylic flyscreen
    • All required mounting hardware 

    Removing or attaching the flyscreen simply takes a flip of two locking tabs then the brackets with fly screen slide right up off of the forks, same as the touring shield system. Only a small bracket on each side is left behind (see photos).

    Transform your ride
    This optional quick release flyscreen lets you quickly swap out your touring shield for around-town riding or when the weather is so nice you don't want to miss out on the airflow! I still gives you some basic wind protection and a sharp looking upgrade from basic original bike mode.

    Great KTM 390 Adv upgrade

    The Madstad adjustable windshield is a huge improvement over the OEM piece of plastic they install on the front of the bike - pretty useless. I researched several options and settled on the Madstad. The adjustability is great on the 18” shield, but I probably would have been better off going with the 20”. Overall very pleased with the Madstad quality, fit, design and function.

    Instructions are pretty easy to follow. Windshield works great. Just what I wanted and more adjustable than I thought it was going to be. Rattles a little unless you slightly tighten up the bolts that allow adjustment.

    Easy to install, looks nice, definitely recommend the larger 22" for better wind deflection

    Well built and easy to install, used to have my head bounce around over 60mph, now I don't even realize inm going 80. 6'4 for reference useing the 22 tall.
