Madstad's patented adjustable windshield system locks onto our mini quick-release brackets in seconds - no tools needed. You get a touring-style windshield with adjustable height and angle to dial in the smoothest airflow and great wind protection without sacrificing style. If you want to go back to the original stock bike configuration or attach our Fixed Flyscreen, just a few seconds and they come right off.

    What's included
    Our complete drop-in system is custom-made for the Monkey and includes everything needed to mount and position the quick-release shield system. Your bike will not require any modification.

    • One set of Madstad mini base brackets
    • One set of quick-release adjustable windshield brackets
    • 14" Acrylic touring windshield in Dark Grey
    • All required mounting hardware 

    The Madstad base brackets are very minimal in size and stay on the bike whether the shield system is on or off. They allow you to remove the shield and bracket system as one unit, making attachment and detachment quick and simple!

    All Madstad windshields are made from 3/16" (4.5 mm) thick cast acrylic.

    With a touring windshield on this bike, you can enjoy the open road without the wind noise and pressure of highway riding. You can be looking comfortably over the shield at highway speeds rather than through it, even with your visor open, and our patented adjustability gives you fantastic airflow control.

    1250GS Madstad Windshield

    This is the second Madstad windshield system & I am so happy with it. Went through multiple shields on the Africa Twin before finding these. As soon as I got the GS I was not happy with either the stock or the taller GS windshield. I knew these would work & I wasn't disappointed. Moves the air well & have lots of visibility over the top. No buffeting & would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a system that can be fine tuned in so many ways.

    Love the shield, so much better than the Clockworks that was on it. Only complaint is that I wish it was an inch lower, I measured per the instructions but it came out a little high even in its lowest setting.

    I took a while to purchase the madstad system because of price.what a mistake this system was worth every penny and is not expensive for what you get.A well made system that makes riding allot more fun.
