  • Quick-Release Lower Deflectors for MadStad Thunderbird Storm System (2011 - Up)

--- REQUIRES MADSTAD TOURING KIT BRACKETS ---

These optional quick release lower deflectors block lower airflow which often rides up your legs and creates turbulence. Combined with the MadStad touring shield they will noticeably improve your comfort. They snap on and off in seconds so if decide you don't want them on for around-town riding, they can easily come off.

    What's included in the kit
This is a lower deflectors add-on kit ONLY, it requires that you already have the MadStad touring shield system. These lowers will NOT attach without the touring shield brackets. This kit includes:

    • Quick-detach lowers brackets
    • 13" tall lower deflectors
    • Photo is showing combined with the REQUIRED Madstad Touring Windshield System

You can order these to match your touring shield color.

“Before their install, I suffered from the constant, unmitigated buffeting at speeds above 40 mph. Now I can hear the engine, and that's a sound I like!"

“I have a stack of other windshields. I've bought over the years before I discovered the Madstad system, and none of them compare. Do yourself a favor and just buy the Madstad first!"

“Long rides at freeway speeds were the worst because of the buffeting. I installed the 18" Madstad screen, keeping it at the lowest setting, and the buffeting is gone. I now have a nice quiet air flow around my head and upper torso, regardless of speed.”
